CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1)
“My official CrossFit journey started out in Brooke’s garage. There were only handful of people at that time, but they were all some of the nicest people I’ve met, super relatable, but the thing I could feel and loved the most is that everyone was there to better themselves, and help others do the same. Everyone busted ass for themselves, but for each other too. If you’ve ever played at the higher levels of any sport, when your career ends, the first thing you miss is the comradery, the locker room talk, the support, the community of your team and teammates. Though at the end of the day it’s individual, CrossFit Train helped fill this void I was missing with the sense of community, comradery, and badassery! You get out what you put in to CrossFit, so if you don’t see results, or half ass things, you have nobody to blame but yourself. The community, constant challenges, and accountability are a few of the reasons I love CrossFit.
Through my soccer career, I was always the captain of my teams. I feel that I’m great at getting the best out of people, I love to lead by example, and love to watch and support my teammates get better at whatever they want to do. Throughout my life, all of my best and favorite coaches/teachers/mentors possessed each of these qualities, which is why I know I will be a great coach. Brooke recognized, and helped me realize, my potential in CrossFit and took me under her wing. For her to recognize the same potential in me as a coach means the world. To be the best, I will learn from the best. The coaches, unbelievable athletes/members, and the community at CrossFit Train are the reasons I wouldn’t want to start my coaching journey anywhere else!”
