We offer a wide variety of group training classes designed to fit your schedule and fitness needs. Our early morning, midday, and evening classes ensure you can train at a time that works for you. In addition to our signature functional fitness classes, we also offer specialized sessions including:
- Engine Class – Longer endurance-focused workouts to build stamina
- Barbell Club – Dedicated strength and Olympic lifting sessions
- Yoga – Balance recovery and mobility with guided yoga once a week
We also provide open gym hours for members looking to get in extra work or follow our programming.

Personal Training
Our coaches provide 1-on-1 training tailored to your life, goals, and needs. Whether you need accountability, a custom plan for a demanding job, or sport-specific training, our coaches will help you stay consistent and crush your goals.
Semi-Private Training
Semi-Private Personal Training, a specialized approach that combines the benefits of one-on-one attention with the camaraderie and motivation of small group training. Working with a coach and up to 3 other people who may even have different goals.
Young Athletes
Our Youth Program is all about fun, movement, and building a love for challenge! Through safe, structured training, kids and preteens learn proper mechanics and consistency. Whether they’re cross-training for sports or just starting their fitness journey, Train Denver sets them up for success!
