A No Sweat Consultation is a free, no-pressure meeting with a coach where we discuss your fitness goals, experience, and the best program for you. Whether you’re interested in group training, personal training, or semi-private coaching, we’ll create a plan that fits your needs.
4. Do I have to complete personal training before joining Group Train?
If you’re new to functional fitness, we recommend completing a few personal training sessions to ensure you move safely and confidently in class. The number of sessions depends on your experience and goals. We also offer a Group Ramp program once a month as an affordable way to learn the basics in a small-group setting.
5. What kinds of classes do you offer?
We offer Group Train, which includes functional fitness workouts with a mix of strength, endurance, and mobility training. We also provide Specialty Classes such as:
- Barbell Club (Olympic lifting & strength training)
- Engine Class (longer endurance-focused workouts)
- Yoga (recovery, flexibility & mobility)
6. Is Train Denver a competitive CrossFit gym?
No—while we follow the CrossFit methodology, we are not a competitive CrossFit gym. Our focus is on functional fitness that enhances your strength, endurance, and overall health for the long term. However, we do have competitive athletes training here, and we provide scalable programming for all fitness levels.

Yes! Our youth fitness program in Denver is designed for pre-teens and teens to help them develop strength, coordination, and confidence in a safe, structured environment. We offer seasonal training cycles and semi-private training for young athletes who want to build a solid foundation in fitness.

Train Denver is located at 2031 Bryant Street, Denver, CO 80211, right next to Empower Field at Mile High and Jefferson Park. We offer our own private parking lot, making it easy to get in and out without the hassle of street parking.

Our gym is fully equipped with barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, plyometric equipment, and cardio machines like rowers, ski ergs, and bikes. We focus on functional fitness and strength training, so every piece of equipment is chosen to support well-rounded training.
