GROUP BASED

CROSSFIT

These 60 minute classes are led by a coach who will both educate and motivate you. Our program delivers proven results and will challenge athletes at any and all skill levels. More importantly, every workout is and can be tailored to the needs and fitness level of the athlete.

ONE-ON-ONE

PERSONAL TRAINING

Receive coaching and programming tailored to you and your needs. You determine when you workout and each session is individually tailored to your goals and fitness level. This is a great option for those who want a more private setting, a specific goal or for those who would like to begin here before joining group classes.

Do you want to improve your health, wellness and fitness? Do you want to look, feel, and perform your best? Do you want to live longer and improve your quality of life? It all starts here. Nutrition is the foundation of everything. Our nutrition coaches can customize a program for you!

GROUP BASED

CrossFit Kids

Crossfit Kids is meant to be BIG fun! Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. The program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids. We offer CrossFit Kids most Saturdays at 10:15 AM.
 

GROUP BASED

Barbell Club

The goal of our barbell club is to help athletes of all ages and levels develop foundational strength,technique, and confidence in the olympic lifts. This class is available for all of our members and included in our membership. Whether you have no idea what a snatch is or you want to compete in an Olympic lifting meet this class if for you. We love to blast music, chalk up, and get down to business. High fives are highly encouraged. This class is a must!

Engine classes

Our Engine class is here to increase your stamina through longer duration workouts! The class is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, burn calories, and increase endurance. We want to improve your engine! Workouts in Engine classes are typically 30 minutes or longer.

Our classes are 60 minutes in length and we workout together as group. Each class is led by a Coach. Every class the Coach will will educate you, motivate you and lead a fun, well structured hour. PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is specific one on one Coaching and programming tailored for you and your needs. With this service, you’re in control of your training agenda and schedule. You determine when you workout and each session is individually tailored to your goals and fitness level. This is a great option for those who want a more private setting, a specific goal or for those who would like to begin here before joining group classes. We love doing personal training because it’s all about you!

Sometimes life gets in the way of making our 3-6 CrossFit classes a week.
Sometimes we miss a particular workout, benchmark, or lift that we really want to make up.
Sometimes we want a little extra time outside of class to work on skills, drills, technique, or perform work that’s been assigned to you from your Coach…

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
